Dear valued patients,

Starting March 2, 2026, I will be running my practice out of my new location, 8th Street Wellness Clinic! - Located on the upper level at 1269 8th Street East, Saskatoon, SK, S7H 0S8.

I will still be working out of my current location until February 27, 2026. Any appointments scheduled after this date will be at my new location at 8th Street Wellness Clinic.

Your continued support means so much to me as I begin this new chapter! I am so excited about my new space and can’t wait to share it with you!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment is reserved just for you. Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time. Late cancels or no shows may be subject to pay the full treatment price as the cancellation fee. By booking an appointment, you agree to the cancellation policy.

Direct billing is offered through TELUS Health, Green Shield Canada, The Co-operators, Sun Life, and Saskatchewan Blue Cross. If you are unsure if your plan is eligible for direct billing, please don’t hesitate to ask. Many plans are branched under these main providers. Insurance details must be provided on intake form prior to appointment out of respect for both mine and your time.

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and joints to encourage relaxation, promote healing, and relieve tension in the body. However, massage therapy treatments consist of more than just a hands-on treatment. From start to finish, you can expect to participate in a thorough health history interview, orthopedic assessment, treatment, home-care and remedial exercise, and formulated treatment plan during your visit.

Annika Amundson is a Registered Massage Therapist based in Saskatoon, SK. She started her practice, Amundson Massage Therapy, in August 2023. Her practice is based out of Pawlovich Chiropractic, conveniently located in the Stonebridge neighbourhood.

Annika graduated with great distinction from the Medical Massage Therapy program at Axiom Career College in June 2023. She has an educational background of 2300 hours in massage therapy including 300+ hours of clinical experience treating patients. Upon graduation, Annika mastered her board exams and is now a recognized member of the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS). She is also accredited with SGI/WCB and has extensive experience and a passion for treating patients with motor-vehicle/work-related injuries. Annika is also certified in Prenatal Level 1 and has clinical experience treating new and expectant mothers. Direct billing is available to most insurance providers for your convenience.

Annika is passionate about helping her patients find relief from the discomfort and dysfunction that is hindering their daily lives. She believes in proactive rather than reactive treatments, by tailoring treatment plans unique to each individual, to keep her patients feeling their best and doing the things they love. Annika uses anatomy to guide her treatments and strives to get as specific as she can during her time with her patients. She provides each of her patients with whole-body, patient-centered care that incorporates both evidence and outcome-based best practices. Annika recognizes the interconnectedness of the body and believes that all aspects of health play a role in one’s overall well-being.

Outside of her practice, Annika enjoys exploring the outdoors, including camping, biking down by the river, and going to the beach. You can also find her at the gym, reading wellness books, playing the violin, or spending time with her family and friends.

Annika is exceptionally health-oriented and is on her own lifelong journey towards wellness, in which she hopes will translate into a prolonged career as a massage therapist and allow her to provide the best treatments possible for her patients.
